II Configuration

 1, One explosion-proof PID controller: frequency conversion speed regulation, motor current display, speed display, temperature display.  
 2, Intermediate feeding remote DCS control with explosion-proof solenoid valve. 
 3, Mechanical seal (contact surface 316L material, pressure 7MPa) including auxiliary system.  With explosion-proof motor (dIIBT4) reducer and inverter. 
 4, Material: The cylinder and head are made of Hastelloy C-276+ Q345R composite plate. The stirring shaft, impeller and material contact material in the kettle are S31603. The kettle cover and flange are made of carbon steel lining C-276, and the jacket is made of Q345R.  Open valves are stainless steel S31603.
 5, Valves, pressure gauges, explosion-proof PT100, bursting discs, charging port discharge port with blind plate, with gaskets and wrenches.
 6, Insulation, insulation cylinder material for carbon steel coating.  With legs, material carbon steel coating. 
 7, Electric pulley track, material is carbon steel. 
 8, Explosion-proof motor (dIIBT4).
